One-on-One ZOOM Sessions - These sessions are individualized screen sharing training sessions with a Bryt representative. 

Additional Support Features:

  • GUIDE ME Tours - Interactive walk-throughs that guide our users to learn-by-doing.  Bryt uses GUIDE ME Tours to assist our users in implementation and in learning new features in the Bryt system.

  • Product Videos – Browse our library of product videos designed to help you understand the features and functions of the Bryt System.

 

Support Hours: Our standard support hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, excluding Holidays.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:

  • New Years Eve - If this day falls on a regular business day, or office will close at 12:00 PM PST - no support hours after this time

  • New Years Day - Office Closed - no support hours 

  • Memorial Day - Office Closed - no support hours 

  • Fourth of July - Office Closed - no support hours

  • Labor Day - Office Closed - no support hours  

  • Thanksgiving Day - Office Closed - no support hours 

  • Christmas Eve - If this day falls on a regular business day, or office will close at 12:00 PM PST - no support hours after this time

  • Christmas Day - Office Closed - no support hours
